*If you purchase a yearly subscription, you’ll automatically get upgraded to the Community Hero badge, even if you’re new on getquin.

You can check your subscription status under your device settings and manage the membership anytime.

And remember! The subscription is a streak. This means that if you cancel your subscription and then decide to join again, your badge counter will start from zero (Community Supporter).


1. How do I subscribe?

To subscribe, you can go to your getquin app settings and click on the field “getquin premium”, or go to the profile of a user who already owns a badge and click on it.

2. Where do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription in your smartphone device settings.

For Apple devices:

  1. Click on your Apple ID, then select “Subscriptions”.

  2. You’ll see a list of active subscriptions below.

  3. Click on getquin and “Unsubscribe”.

For Androids:

Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel.

  1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.

  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

  3. Tap Cancel subscription.

  4. Follow the instructions.

For Web:
1. Go to your email account.

2. after purchasing getquin Premium, you will receive an email with your getquin Trial information
3. in this email you will also find a link to cancel or edit your subscription.

Keep in mind that past subscription payments won’t get refunded.

3. Payment methods

We support Apple- and Google-Pay and Credit Cards as payment methods for the subscription. Paypal is also accepted on the web.

4. Premium not visible

If you bought getquin Premium and the features are not unlocked, please use the "restore purchases" option from the settings. (Mobile App)
If you bought the subscription in our webapp and it is not visible in your account, please login again.

5. Deleting the user account is not a termination
Deleting the user account is not the same as terminating the test phase!
Please note that if you delete your user account, you must cancel the Premium separately via Apple, Google or Stripe to prevent your payment method from being charged!
