Double transactions in dashboard

In your Open Banking portfolio all transactions are now suddenly duplicated and you don't know what to do?
Then you are in the right place!

After maintenance work at brokers, it can happen that all transactions are duplicated when importing from Open Banking or when renewing the connection to a broker.

We at getquin can't prevent it, because most of the time it is due to the fact that a broker runs the service for providing the data twice.

We will then inform the broker so that they can stop the second instance of this service.

After that you only need to wait and recreate the portfolio once. Since this so far only occurs with brokers for which we support the full transaction history, your portfolio will be created again in the same way.
