Relevance and Scope
Content should focus on investments, financial markets, or corporate developments. Discussions on market mechanisms, investment psychology, or corporate ethics are expressly welcome.
The following are not relevant—and therefore not permitted:

Political content
Political topics are welcome if they are directly related to financial and investment issues—such as tax policy, regulation, monetary policy, sanctions, ESG, or the economic impact of political decisions.
Party political campaigning, ideological debates unrelated to the market, and personal attacks, hate speech, discrimination, or exclusion are not permitted. Objective, fact-based criticism, on the other hand, is expressly encouraged.
Rule of thumb: If the post could just as easily be posted on a general political forum, it doesn't belong in the getquin feed.
Market manipulation and misleading content
As a regulated platform for investors, we take the integrity of our content very seriously. In particular, the following are prohibited:
Coordinated manipulation of individual securities (“pump and dump”), including coordinated calls to buy or sell
Falsified or forged portfolio screenshots, performance records, or account statements
Deliberately misleading price forecasts or fabricated insider information
The dissemination of false information about companies, issuers, or market participants
Violations in this area may result in immediate, permanent suspension—without prior warning.
AI-generated content
AI-generated content is generally permitted. However, users remain fully responsible for the accuracy and quality of the content.
The following are not permitted:
AI-generated mass posts or automated posts to increase reach
Information that is deliberately false or manipulated, regardless of whether it comes from a human or an AI
AI-generated "analyses" with no discernible original contribution, presented as personal research
We recommend disclosing the use of AI when a post is substantially based on AI-generated content.
Investment advice, advertising, and incentive programs
At getquin, investment advice in the regulatory sense is provided exclusively through the products and channels designated for that purpose—not via the community feed. Posts by other users that mention stocks, ETFs, or other financial instruments represent personal opinions and do not constitute a recommendation in the regulatory sense.
Referral links and advertising:
Referral links to brokers, banks, or other financial products may only be shared in response to a direct request from other users—not in your own posts or unsolicited in comments
Unsolicited advertising and sponsored content that has not been approved by getquin are not permitted
The deliberate exploitation of referral programs, "Friends Refer Friends" campaigns, getquin Coins, or other incentive schemes is prohibited
Community behaviour guidelines
We expect everyone to treat each other with respect. The following are prohibited:
Trolling, provocations, and the deliberate disruption of discussions
Insults, harassment, or personal attacks
Doxxing and the publication of other users' private information without their consent
Circumventing technical restrictions or penalties, such as by creating multiple accounts

Bug reports and technical error messages
Feature requests and product feedback
The quickest way to reach us regarding these issues is via [email protected] or the in-app chat—that’s where they’re actually handled, unlike in the feed.
Moderation, Sanctions, and Appeals
Violations of these guidelines may result in content being removed, its reach being restricted, or accounts being suspended. We follow the following tiered approach:
Notice or warning for minor or first-time violations
Temporary suspension (typically 7–30 days) for repeated or more serious violations
Permanent suspension for repeated or particularly serious violations, especially in cases of market manipulation, doxxing, or circumvention of previously imposed suspensions
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension even without prior warning.
Temporary restrictions following the removal of a post: If a post or comment is removed by moderators due to a violation of the rules, the ability to post new content and comment will be temporarily restricted. The duration of this restriction increases with the number of violations. This gives users the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the guidelines before posting further content.
