Product Feedback Calls

Learn what Product Feedback Calls are and why you might receive an invitation from us.

From time to time, we reach out to a randomly selected group of getquin users to invite them to a short Product Feedback Call. These are 1-on-1 video interviews where we want to hear directly from you.

What to expect

Depending on the session, we'll either ask you about a specific topic like a feature we're working on, or simply give you the floor to share whatever is on your mind. That could be anything from your overall experience with the app, UX and design impressions, ideas for new features, or thoughts on how we can improve existing ones.

We intentionally don't share the topic in advance. This helps us get honest, unfiltered feedback rather than opinions shaped by preparation.

All feedback is collected and fed into our product process. Please note that participation does not guarantee that specific suggestions will be implemented.

How it works

  • Invitations are sent by email and include a Google Meet link.

  • Calls are typically short, usually around 30 minutes.

  • Participation is entirely voluntary.

Want to share feedback anytime?

You don't have to wait for an invitation. Our support chatbot accepts feature requests and feedback at any time. It collects all submissions and forwards them to our team in regular batches. Learn more about how to submit feedback.

Not receiving invitations?

Since invitations are sent out randomly, not everyone will be selected right away. If you haven't heard from us yet, please be patient. You may receive an invitation in a future round.

If you've opted out of getquin emails, you won't receive invitations to these calls either. You can manage your email preferences in your account settings.
