From time to time there may be major maintenance work at brokers and banks or persistent technical problems with them.
In such cases it may happen that we temporarily disable the Open Banking connection to these brokers.
During this time it is not possible to establish a new connection and existing connections will no longer receive updates.
In the meantime, however, the portfolio can still be kept up to date by means of PDF import or manual transactions.
If something like this happens, we always publish an info post with our customer service account.
